SkinCast ("SkinCast," "we," "our," or "us") provides AI-assisted daily skin insights based on environmental conditions and user-selected preferences. SkinCast is designed to work without an account.

We do not collect personal information from your use of the SkinCast app. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the app to track you across apps, websites, or services owned by other companies.

In-App Inputs and Personalization

SkinCast may allow you to select skin concerns, preferences, or similar inputs so the app can tailor daily guidance. Those inputs are used only to provide the feature experience. They are not used by us to identify you, create an advertising profile, or sell information about you.

If limited technical information must be processed momentarily to generate a result, it is used only to provide the requested feature and is not retained by us as personal information.

Third-Party Services

The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs for tracking.

The public SkinCast website may include an optional waitlist form. If you voluntarily join the waitlist on the website, your email address is submitted to Loops, our email service provider, solely to send launch updates and product emails. Website waitlist signups are separate from use of the app and are not required to use the app.

Data Retention

Because the app does not require an account or collect personal information from app use, we generally do not maintain personal data about app users.

If you join the optional website waitlist, your email address may be retained until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

SkinCast does not track users as defined by Apple. The app is not designed to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising or measurement purposes.

Your Choices and Rights

You can use the app without creating an account.

If you joined the optional website waitlist, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may also request deletion of your waitlist email address using the support contact listed on the App Store product page or this website.

Children's Privacy

SkinCast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. SkinCast is designed around data minimization, which helps reduce privacy risk.

International Transfers

If you voluntarily provide your email address through the optional website waitlist, that information may be processed by service providers in countries other than your own.
