These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SkinCast app and the public SkinCast website. By downloading, accessing, or using SkinCast, you agree to these Terms.

Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded SkinCast from Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA will control to the extent required by Apple or applicable law.

Eligibility

You may use SkinCast only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use SkinCast only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SkinCast for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

No Account Required

SkinCast is designed to work without a user account. You are responsible for how you use the app on your own device.

Informational Use Only

SkinCast provides informational and wellness-oriented guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. If you have a medical concern, worsening symptoms, or think you may need treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use SkinCast in violation of applicable law or regulation;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where the law expressly allows it;
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the app or website;
• use SkinCast to transmit malware, abuse infrastructure, or engage in unauthorized access.

Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of SkinCast at any time. We are not obligated to continue offering any specific feature or version.

Third-Party Services

SkinCast may rely on Apple services and other third-party infrastructure to operate. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Your use of SkinCast is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinCast is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any guidance or output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinCast and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of SkinCast.

If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
